The work examines the rheological properties of PE-HD-tin compounds below the tin melting point. With increasing tin concentration, storage modulus G‘ and loss modulus G’' increase, which indicates more elasticity and dissipation. At 30 % tin, strong particle networks are formed, which significantly change the behaviour. In a future study, the behaviour above the tin melting point will be analysed in order to further investigate the processability in the FFF.
